Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes. Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Please initiate the exchange request within the 24 hours of the order placed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Will the print fade after washing?

Our garments are made using premium-quality printing techniques designed for long-lasting durability. Following the recommended wash care instructions will help preserve the print and fabric.
Please iron inside out to preserve the print quality.

Are your products limited edition?

Many MORGUE designs are produced in limited quantities. Once they’re sold out, they may not be restocked.
